I ordered the fisherman’s basket. I didn’t receive the seafood stick again (which is my favourite) but I got an extra calamari instead. I just want what I ordered. The fish bites and calamari rings were not thoroughly cooked. Unfortunately the food quality and customer service have decreased since having new owners. We were very loyal customers to the previous two owners.

Great fish and chips. Burgers were delicious too. Could have used a few lemon wedges for the fish.

Fantastic fish and chips with a wide range of gluten free options. The staff member was friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend the gluten free potatoe cakes they were amazing.

Nice food with warm-hearted service. Thanks for the service of the owner and his sister, they cooked juicy fish and chips for me and my wife even after they have closed the kitchen, which we didn’t notice before.

The service I got today is a blessing, being a single mum raising 3 children’s, it was a special occasion for us to buy takeaway and surprisingly we were given extra. I really appreciate and have gratitude to see my kid’s happy face and excitement to see what they were about to munch on

Incredibly disappointed, ordered fish pack for two plus two scallops, pack included 2 dim sims and 2 calamari, no dim sums and one calamari but they included one extra scallop. Sadly the chips where clearly a mix of old and fresh chips which puts into question the whole meal. Fish and batter on scallops very thick and clearly overcooked. Tried to call at 8pm to advise of my complete disappointment, no answer. Will not order from them again. Ordered with delivery via Menulog.

i bought fisherman basket. why is seafood stick replaced by calamari??? there used to be seafood stick and i have been a loyal customer for years. no courtesy to say tell customers until i found out at home!i paid $16!
